We accept most PPO Dental Insurance Plans and some Dental Discount Plans

...including Aetna, Ameritas, Blue Cross Blue Shield, CHIP, Cigna, Delta Dental, Guardian, Humana, Medicaid, Metlife, and United Healthcare.

If you do not see your insurance plan on the above list, please call us to find out if we accept the plan, as not all of our participating plans are listed above.

We can assist you with your Dental Insurance claims

We help our patients file their insurance claims electronically. We also help our patients file pre-determinations for certain procedures such as crowns, bridges, implants, partials and complete dentures.  A pre-determination is a process for patients want to determine coverage before the actual procedure.
